Kiss My Face Products Review

I love the name! Kissmyface.com offers natural and organic skin and bath products for your body, at reasonable prices. I've tried several of their products with mixed results. Overall, I think they offer a good value for the price -- especially if you have sensitive skin.

Olive & Aloe Soap Natural Moisturizing Soap

This 4.0 oz bar of soap is a rather ugly, olive green color. The scent smells very natural but it takes a little getting used to. The bar tended to get gummy producing clumps hanging from the soap. This can be remedied by taking off the clumps and letting the bar dry out again. My face took to it well. I've used it for several weeks now and can't remember having any blemishes or breakouts.

Kiss My Face Moisture Shave

The creme a roser shave is unscented so you're not going to get the benefit of great smelling skin after a shave. It's a nice, creamy white and left my legs soft and smooth after shaving. If it was a little bit runnier, it would have been easier to slather on. I added water.

Natural Shower Gel & Foaming Bath

I didn't care for the scent of the Anti-Stress Soul Soother shower gel. After your skin is dry, there is no lingering smell at all. I don't prefer heavy fragrances, but this one is too natural for me.

Honey & Calendula Moisturizer

I loved this moisturizing lotion. It worked great on my hands, elbows, knees and (yes) feet. My skin is always dry in the winter and this lotion was more effective than any other lotion I was using. This product is a real winner.

Whenever Shampoo

The grapefruit & eucalyptus shampoo produced little lather. I usually have build-up on my hair from styling products and no matter how much I used, my hair didn't feel clean. I was hoping the conditioner would make my hair feel softer.

Light Weight Conditioner

I tried the Kiss my Face Daily Treatment Conditioner with grapefruit, lemongrass and Lemon. It smelled great and made my hair feel smooth and soft. After my hair was dry, it looked dull, but that was probably because the shampoo didn't get my hair very clean. For subsequent uses, I used a different shampoo with this conditioner and was pleased with the results.

Liquid Rock Roll-on Deodorant

This was my least favorite of the "Kiss My Face" products that I tried. It's fragrance-free, but burned when I put it on after shaving in the shower. It wasn't very affective and left me reaching for my old standby deodorant.

Summary

For those that are prone to allergic reaction, kissmyface.com offers you a large variety of products to choose from. They contain no animal ingredients and are not tested on animals. That in itself is pleasing. The packaging is attractive and the products are a good gift idea for friends and family who like to try new things.
